Intended use
The ratio of PGⅠand PGⅡ(PGR) has the effect of "Serological biopsy"
for gastric mucosa. It is one of the effective ways for monitoring gastric mucosa
lesion such as gastritis, gastric ulcer and etc, estimating the process of atrophic gastritis.
Main components
1.Test kit contains: 25 test cards and an IC card
The test card is composed of plastic shell and test strip.
The main components of test strip: Sample pad, bonding pad, nitrocellulose membrane,
Anti-MIgG, absorbent paper, PVC base plate.
2.Diluents (3ml×1 bottle): composed of phosphate, surface active agent, etc. PH=7.4±0.2.

Interpretation of test results
1.The analysis of test results are accomplished by immune-fluorescence quantitative
analyzer of our company's NORMAN series.
2.The concentration of PGⅡ in the unknown samples can be read directly in the
corresponding batch of ID card standard curve by fluorescence signal value we measured.
The default results use ng/ml as a unit.
Performance Indicators
1.Detection limit: ≤2ng/ml
2.Linear range:2-70ng/ml,the linear correlation coefficient r should not be less than
0.9900 in this range.
3.Accuracy: Recovery rate is within the range (80% ~ 120%)
4.Repeatability: CV≤15%.
5.Difference between batches: CV≤15%.
Storage and Stability
1.The reagent box must be stored from 4 to 30℃, and the period of validity is 12 months.
2.The reagent strip must be used within 1 hour once its foil pouch has been opened.
3.Do not use the strip beyond the expiration date printed on the outside of the box.
Quality Control
Using immunefluorescence quantitative analyzer and relevant X detection kit (immune-
fluorescence techniques) to test quality control product,repeat 10 times, calculate average
and CV.
If CV≤15%, the average in the scale of quality control product,
then the instrument and reagent performance can meet requirements.
